  • 1. Full Written Disclosure: If provided by the Seller, it should disclose in writing all known defects associated with the property. We will review all the Seller's disclosures with you to determine how it might affect your offer.
  • 2. Offers and Negotiations: We will prepare your offer on your desired home and work on your behalf in negotiating with the Seller. By applying the information from a Competitive Market Analysis, we will help you make a realistic offer. A Competitive Market Analysis is a process used by appraisers to determine the relative value of a home based on the prices of other homes in the area. We are very experienced in negotiations, and we always work toward achieving your goals.
  • 3. The Purchase Agreement: We will present a written offer to the Seller and negotiate on your behalf at your direction. Once an offer is accepted, our team works tirelessly with you toward the successful purchase of your home.
