Be safe, not sorry: Home inspections, appraisals and title insurance.

Your new home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make. Reduce the anxiety by protecting your investment. Start by making sure that what you see is what you get.

  • Home Inspections: A professional home inspection will help make you aware of the condition of the house and alert you to any repairs or replacements needed before you buy.
  • Home Appraisals: Compares the value of the home to others of similar size, features and location. This process is usually required by lenders and can give you confidence in the value of your purchase property.
  • Title insurance: Title Insurance will protect your interest in the property and let you know if anyone other then the owner has a legal claim on your new property.

How else can I avoid surprises?

On your behalf we will:

  • 1.Ask for any pre-inspections the Seller may have had
  • 2.Obtain all the disclosures required of the Seller to present to the Buyer
  • 3.Do a market analysis
  • 4.During escrow, we will order a Preliminary Title Search
  • 5.Review all of these documents carefully with you.
  • 6.Remember, we are part of your SWAT Team!
While these steps do not eliminate a Buyers obligation, this process may help to eliminate much of the worry and risk.
